We truly value your appointments and understand that sometimes unexpected events can arise. In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If we do not receive a call or text within this time frame, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for the service. This fee helps support our talented stylists, as they depend on their schedules to support their livelihoods.
